Insurance Approach
Although we are not in-network with PPO dental insurances, we can still work with them. You can still come to our office; receive the amazing, honest care we provide at the most affordable price. As a courtesy to our patients, we handle the filing of your claim to your dental insurance. You simply pay at the time of service, and we take care of getting your claim to your insurance so you can be reimbursed at their allowable benefits.

Payment Plan Options
In-House Payment Plan
We offer a 3 month no interest in-house payment plan. If you need a little extra time to pay for your dental care, let us know and we can extend your payments out over 3 months. A credit/debit card is required to be on file for this option.
CareCredit
We gladly work with CareCredit to help cover your dental cost. This will give you up to 6 months with no interest to pay for your care.
Other fees
Outstanding balances
If not on a payment plan, outstanding balances over 30 days will be assessed at a $25 fee per month until the patient’s account balance is paid in full. This fee is to cover the administrative cost that is incurred while attempting to collect payment.
Missed Appointments
We strive to stay on schedule to limit you from having to wait a significant amount of time for your appointment. To do this, we block out a dedicated amount of time in our dentists and hygienists’ schedules to see you. This time cannot be recouped if you miss your appointment. If you do miss your appointment, a $50 missed appointment fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your dental appointment. This cost helps pay for wages that are incurred when you miss your appointment and allows us to keep our services affordable for everyone. If there is an emergency, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with a one-time PASS for this fee.
